Shukurlayev Dilshod Dalerovich was born on September 5, 1968, into a family of intellectuals in the Chordara mahalla of the Samarkand district, Samarkand region. He holds a higher education degree, having studied at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Samarkand State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering from 1985 to 1992.

Founder and head of major projects within the ZARMED Group, including: ZARMED Pratiksha Hospitals Group, ZARMED University, ZARMED TO'MAR, Continental Med Tour, Integra Pharm, Integra Buildings, Oasis Garden
